Pork Shoulder Roast
Very easy, very yummy.
Puree togetherServe in taco shells with sourcream and salsa and a side-dish of black-eyed peas & spinach (reduce the liquid and leave the hamburger out of the soup).Rub the paste all over the pork roast.
- 1 T crushed garlic
- 1 T oregano
- 1 T cumin
- 1/4 t chipolte pepper
- 1 T salt
- 1 T wine or cider vinegar
- as much olive oil as you need to make a paste
Put in your baking potRoast at 300 for about 3 hours.
