No-Knead Bread

This is not an original recipe, but we make it so often, and love it so much, that it seems a shame to not flat-out post the recipe here. I found it at The Unemployed Cook, who shares it from the NY Times.
No Knead Bread

3 C white flour
¼ t instant yeast
1¼ t salt
1 ½ C water

Combine,
Let sit for 12-16 hours
Dust with flour, fold onto itself 1 -2 times.
Let sit for 15 minutes.
Shape into a ball.
Let rest for 2 hours.
Heat up bread oven.
Bake at 450-500 for 15-30 minutes.
Remove lid.
Bake another 15-30 minutes

Hi, Suzanne! I was looking for the street addresses for the Lush locations in Seoul and the Google search led me to a post you published when you were passing through Seoul in 2006... which led me to your blog and then this bread recipe. I am still here in Korea, without any access to garage sales and cast iron pots. Can I make up this bread and just throw it in the oven in any covered pot? Or try it just on a cookie sheet? Our oven is only 9x13x16... not much bigger than a gigantic soup pot! I hope all is well with you and the kiddos- you'll have to show me how to make cheese when I come back to Fernberg in July.
Take care-
b.
