radishes
Planted on Tuesday, up on Thursday. Gotta love that!

Yup. The kids are thrilled that their radishes are almost big enough to eat. Radishes and lettuce are both great in kids gardens (if you can keep the kids from pulling he radishes up constantly to see how big they are.)
My kids are thrilled with their radishes too. Not that they really like to eat them, but they love watching them grow. Carrots on the other hand, they will eat those.

That's awesome! We got some from our CSA this weekend. I'm excited to eat them!
I LOVE radishes. I have never planted them... but, now I'm inspired.
