I love shampoos bars as they are easy to use -- just scrub it all over your scalp -- and you get lots and lots of shampoos out of a bar without involving a lot of packaging. They travel well (never leak in your luggage) and my favorite bar, the Karma Komba, smells marvelous.
If you are still struggling with cradle cap for grown-ups, aka seborrheic dermatitis, this is your chance to try the vile-smelling but wonderfully effective Soak and Float Shampoo Bar
