Quote of the Day

When cleaning up the kitchen with my son: My first job is to build a relationship with him. My second job is to train him in how to clean the kitchen. My third job is to clean the kitchen. At the end of the day, when I fret that nothing got done, I need to evaluate my day in terms of relationship-building and training, not in terms of task completion. ~ Suzanne

Works for Me: Easter Menu Questions

We are having Easter dinner at our house this year. We have never done this at our house before, usually we go to mom's; 12 people are expected, though that could change a bit. I'm attempting a Mediterranean theme for the menu and here are my plans thus far (still very sketchy). As this is backwards Works for Me Wednesday, I would love to hear what you might recommend.
