Chocolate Apricot Coconut Pecan Balls
Melt in a small double boiler:
1 C good dipping chocolate
Chop up in your food processor:
1 C dried apricots
1 C pecans
Mix apricots and pecans into a bowl with:
1/2 C sweetened condensed milk
1/2 C coconut
Roll apricot mixture into little balls. Dip into chocolate. Let cool on waxed paper. Eat.
