It was fantabulous, but we can no longer purchase the Willliams Sonoma brine, which is just as well as it was a bit pricey. Here is my alternate brine:
Turkey Brine
Combine in kettle & simmer for 10 minutes:
1 C kosher salt
1/2 C light brown sugar
1 t black peppercorns
1 sprig rosemary
1 bay leaf
8 C boiling water
